摘要
为了对自行车在城市交通可持续发展中的作用和地位进行全面的分析,从城市交通环境、经济和社会可持续发展3个方面分析了各种交通工具的优劣,并利用模糊层次分析法对6种常用的交通工具进行了综合评价,确定了交通工具比例的可持续发展值,并提出了当前中国城市自行车交通优化的4条措施。研究结果表明:自行车是最有利于城市交通可持续发展的交通工具,应进一步加强自行车交通的发展。
In order to study the bicycle's role in sustainable development of urban traffic in China, this paper discussed the influence of different means of traffic on the sustainable development of urban traffic, economy and society. The comprehensive appraisals to six kinds of traffic were carried out, their sustainable development values with traffic proportion were calculated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method. According to the current situation of the bicycle traffic, four measures for bicycle traffic optimization were presented. It was pointed out that bicycle is the best means of traffic for the sustainable development of urban traffic in China. It is very important to speed up the development of bicycle traffic. 6 tabs, 5 figs, 8 refs.
