摘要
主要研究了甘蔗渣对聚丙烯基复合材料性能的影响。分别将未处理和经过表面处理的甘蔗渣填充到聚丙烯中,对其复合材料进行了性能测试。实验结果表明:当甘蔗渣含量达40份时,复合材料的综合性能较好。经过处理的甘蔗渣/聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能、热性能、流动性能相对于未经处理的甘蔗渣均有不同程度的提高。
The effect bagasse on polypropylene composites was studied. The properties of polypropylene composites filling with the untreated and surface treated bagasse were tested respectively. The results indicated that the best properties of composites could be obtained when the content of bagasse was 40 phr. Compared with the untreated bagasse/PP composites, the mechanical properties, heat-durability and fluidity of the composites filling with treated bagasse were improved respectively.
