摘要
[目的]探讨"检科1号"消毒剂对鸡球虫的抑制作用。[方法]用1:19"检科I号"消毒剂在体外与柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)BJ株卵囊分别作用10min、20min、30min和60min,观察孢子化率;将消毒剂作用1h以及未经消毒剂处理的卵囊分别感染14日龄的AA肉鸡后,用"检科I号"消毒剂进行带鸡消毒(1:30舍内超低容量喷雾消毒,同时1:150或1:300饮水消毒),对感染后144~168h之间排出的粪便进行克粪便卵囊计数,168h对鸡只称重,屠宰后对盲肠病变记分。[结果]作用10min和60min的卵囊孢子化率分别为67.01%(P<0.05)、63.99%(P<0.01),比空白对照76.45%的孢子化率低;带鸡消毒对各组鸡感染球虫后的增重无明显影响,且能够抑制球虫在鸡体内的发育,减轻肠道病变,减少粪便中球虫卵囊的排出量。[结论]"检科I号"消毒剂能抑制鸡球虫的体内外发育。
In the article, the inhibition ofoocysts by the disinfectant JIANKE I was discussed, After oocysts ofEimeria tenella were treated in vitro for 10, 20, 30, 60min, respectively, with disinfectant JIANKE I whose concentration was l(the disinfectant stock solution): 19(water), the sporulation rates were counted. Continuous disinfection for the AA broilers (the concentration of 1:30 for ULV spraying, and at the same time the concentration of 1:150 or 1:300 for drinking) was conducted after fourteen-day- old broilers were administrated, respectively, with oocysts untreated or treated for lh by the disinfectant. The numeration of oocysts population in the excretion from 144 to 168h after the broilers infected was done, weighed at 168h and scored caecum lesions. The results showed the sporulation rates for 10min and 60min were 67.01% (P〈0.05) , 63.99% (P〈0.01 ) compared with 76.45% of the untreated control. The Continuous disinfection did not give influence on gain weight significantly, but inhibited oocysts reproduction in the body, relieved the caecum lesions and decreased the oocysts of the fresh excretion. We concluded that JIANKE I inhibited both the sporulation of oocysts in vitro and their reproduction in vivo.
