摘要
利用二维搜索计算法,通过对带钢表面缺陷位置的一列低精度检测数据分析,精确确定轧件表面缺陷的最小间距,从而快速找出连轧机缺陷轧辊的位置。
Using the two-dimensional scouting method to a series of integer numerical signal for the locations of the strip surface flaws, the exact locations for these surface flaws are received and the space length for these flaws is identified. This method can rapidly tell which roll of tandem mill has a surface flaw.
