摘要
为对冠心丹参片中降香油进行定性分析及降香油主要化学成分的分析测定,用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,用气质联用技术分离和鉴定各化学组分,用离子流色谱峰面积归一法计算各化学组分的相对含量。结果显示,在薄层色谱鉴别显示冠心丹参片样品色谱中,与降香油对照品色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点。气质联用分析分离出25个化学组分峰,并鉴定其中10个化学成分和计算各组分的相对含量。由此得出,利用薄层色谱法和气质联用分析法可以有效鉴别冠心丹参片中降香挥发油的有效成分,主要有效成分为橙花叔醇,含量为42.01%.
To analyze the chemical components of Lignum Dalbergiae odoriferae oil and determine it in Guanxin Danshen Plan, qualitative idetification of Lignum Dalbergiae odoriferae oil was performed by TLC. Their chemical compositions and relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the chromatographic spots of oil in Guanxin Danshen Pian focused at the corresponding positions compared with the standards. Twenty-Five constituents were separated by GC,-MS, ten compounds were identified and the relative content of each constituent were determined by normalization method. And the conclusion is reached that virtual cornpenents of Lignum Dalbergiae odoriferae oil can be identified effectively by TLC and GC-MS in Guanxin Danshen Plan . The major of essential oil is nerolidol,and its content is 42.01%.
