冰淇淋是深受广大消费者欢迎的冷饮品,而火炬式双色冰淇淋更受到青睐。生产三色冰淇淋的设备是三色冰淇淋机,它主要由制冷系统、控制系统、传动系统和搅拌系统等组成。其中搅拌主要关键部件,特别是对搅拌轴的设计研究更为关键,直接影响到冰淇淋料的均匀、膨化率及口感效果等,所以,本文就搅拌器进行分析研究,以达到优化三色冰淇淋机的设计之目的。

It is constituted from main four systems; system of refrigerating, system of electricity controlling, system of transmission and system of agitating. The most important is system of agitating. The study on agitating shift is vital task because it could affect the instance average, expanding rate and refrigerating effect of ice-cream. The essay studied the system of ice-cream machine in order to optimize the production process of three-color icecream.
