摘要
独立学院人才培养目标应定位为培养复合应用型人才,这种人才应该在三个层面复合,即基础、能力和专业三个方面复合。独立学院应该从理论教学体系、实践教学体系、素质拓展体系和公共保障体系四个领域构建培养体系。
The goal of Impendent college should be to bring up a kind of person with compound practical ability, which should include three aspects, that is, foundation, ability and specialty. And cultivation system of independent college should be set up from four fields： the theory teaching system, the practical teaching system, the quality expanding system and the public ensured system.
