摘要
介绍了家禽加工副产物的开发利用,重点是鸡鸭血液及骨的利用现状。提出对血液及骨原料进行精深加工以及新产品研发的具体途径,包括鸡鸭血液和鸡鸭骨深加工产品的生产工艺,对市场前景进行了分析。
In this paper, the exploitation and utilization of poultry by- product especially the utilization stares of blood and bone of chickens and ducks was introduced. The deep processing technology of blood and bone of chickens and ducks as well as the strategy of developing new products were carried out. At last, the foreground of market was analysed.
