摘要
本文针对尺寸自动检测系统中出现的偏差,运用误差理论和信号分析方法,对产生误差的原因和处理方法进行了分析。根据实际情况设计了一个数字滤波器,收到了良好效果。
Focusing on the deviation in dimension automatic test and measurement system, based on the error theory and method of signal analysis, the,paper analyses the reason of making error and method of processing. Moreover, according to the actual situation, design a digital filter, while achieves satisfactory results.
