摘要
为实现直流传动系统的全数字控制,本文介绍了采用TMS320LF2407A DSP作为控制系统的核心、双极性桥式直流斩波驱动信号、电流内环与速度外环比例积分调节以及转速测量等环节都实现全数字化的双闭环直流脉宽调速系统;分析了系统的基本工作原理,阐述了数字化直流调速系统的硬件组成和软件设计,该系统在高精度伺服系统中有着重要的应用价值。
In order to complete DC motor speed system control, this paper introduces PWM direct current variable speed system based on TMS320LF2407A., this system come ture the digital control. In the paper ,speed control theory , hardware and software are described in detail ,this speed control of system have achieved the enterprise produces production request. The experiment indicates that this control system structure is simple and performance is good. The system can be used in advanced control field all over the agriculture and industry.
