摘要
采用铜模吸铸法成功制备了Cu50Zr42Al8块状非晶,用纳米压痕法研究了铸态和低于玻璃化转变温度(Tg)退火后试样的力学性能,等温退火后试样的塑性增加而硬度和弹性减小。
The bulk amorphous alloys of Cu50 Zr42 Al8 were prepared by copper mold suction-casting process. The structure and mechanical properties were characterized by nanoindentation technique in as cast and state annealed below glass transformation temperature(Tg), the result shows that the heat treatment make the plasticity increase obviously, while elasticity and hardness reduce respectively.
