摘要
介绍了一种以TI公司的16位低功耗Flash型单片机MSP430F449为核心的配电变压器监测终端。论述了此系统的硬件和软件设计,同时对电参量测量过程中产生的误差进行了详细分析,并对其进行了软件修正。该监测终端具有实时监测电网各种参数,可选用不同的通信接口与上位机进行双向通信,通信规约采用IEC870-5-101。实验证明,该系统结构简单,运行稳定、可靠,且对于模拟量控制,其控制精度高、抗干扰能力强。
The terminal unit based on 16-bit low power consumption Flash-type microcomputer MSP430F449 from TI is introduced, The design of hardware and software of the system is expounded, the error generated in the measurement of electric parameters is analyzed in detail, and the error has been corrected by software. With the terminals, various parameters of the power grid can be detected in real time, different communication interface can be selected to communicate with the host computer bi-directionally based on the protocol of IEC 870-5-101. The experiments prove that the system features simple structure, stable and reliable operation ; for analog control, it offers high accuracy and high anti-interference capability.
