摘要
通过对电动潜油螺杆泵专用联轴器输入轴和输出轴的运动分析,得到了输入轴动坐标系和输出轴动坐标系之间的坐标变换(专用联轴器输入轴和输出轴的运动学模型),该变换是经3次间接变换而得到的,即动→静→静→动。运用Matlab对运动:寺.程进行了仿真,结果认为专用联轴器输入轴和输出轴之间的运动是空间圆锥体运动,随着旋转角θ在0~360°旋转,输出轴以半径e绕输入轴做圆周运动。
According to the kinematical analysis of the input axis and output axis of ESPCP special coupling,the coordinate transform between the dynamic coordinates of input axis and the dynamic coordinates of output axis is obtained(the kinematics model of input axis and output axis of special coupling).The coordinate transform is obtained from three times of indirect transform,namely,dynamic to static to static to dynamic.The result from the simulation of the kinematical equation by using Matlab indicates that the motion between the input axis and output axis of special coupling is space cone motion,rotating from 0~360° along with the rotating angle θ.The output axis moves circumferentially along with the input axis at the radius e.
