摘要
目的对中南大学湘雅三医院重点部门环境及医护人员手进行微生物学监测。方法采集手术室、ICU、血透室、供应科的空气、环境物表、消毒液、一次性用品、消毒灭菌器械及医护人员手标本进行细菌培养,细菌鉴定采用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK32鉴定系统配合手工方法。结果微生物学监测结果显示合格率达到88.8%以上,有个别超标的标本经细菌鉴定后,也是条件致病菌,如表皮葡萄球菌,而非致病菌。结论中南大学湘雅三医院医院环境微生物调查结果合格。
Objective To monitor the microbiology of the environment and medical professionals' hands in the major departments of Third Affiliated Hospital of Xiangya Medical School. Methods The specimens were collected from the operation rooms, IOUs, blood dialysis rooms, the air in the equipment supply department, material surfaces, disinfectant solutions, disposable utilities, sterilized equipments and the medical professionals' hands for bacterial cultivation. The VITEK32 system aided with manual manipulation was used to bacterial culture and identification. Results The eligible rate exceeded 88.8 %, some specimen results were identified as opportunistic pathogens such as Staphylococcus epidermidis but not conventional pathogen. Conclusions The investigation result of microbiology is eligible in the environment of Third Affiliated Hospital of Xiangya Medical School.
