摘要 以巯基乙酸为稳定剂,采用一步法在水溶液中直接合成了水溶性CdTe量子点。以该量子点为荧光探针,基于荧光猝灭法对Ag+离子检测进行了研究。Ag+离子对水溶性CdTe量子点的荧光猝灭模型符合Stern-Volmer方程,其检出限为3×10-8mol/L。水溶性CdTe量子点对Ag+离子具有高度选择性,可以作为一种新型的Ag+离子选择性荧光探针。 Water-soluble CdTe QDs were synthesized in aqueous solution with thioglycolic acid as the stabilizer by one step. A new approach was studied on the determination of silver ions with quantum dots as fluorescence probes based on the fluorescence quenching method. The silver ions quenched the FL intensity and the quenching effect could be described by Stern-Volmer-type equation. The limit of detection of silver ions was 3 × 10^-8 mol/L. Water-soluble CdTe QDs were selective to silver ions and might be used as a novel selective fluorescence probe for silver ions.
