摘要
设计了一套基于数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,简称DSP)和现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,简称FPGA)的双CPU永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,简称PMSM)位置伺服系统;重点介绍了位置伺服系统的结构及软硬件设计方案。实验结果表明,软硬件设计合理,实时性好,控制精度高,有较好的动态性能。同时这种交流伺服方案,性能优越,设计简单,编程任务小,开发周期短,在其他交流伺服控制系统也具有很好的推广价值。
A AC servo system based on DSP and FPGA is designed.The system structure and method for designing the soft- ware and hardware are introduced.The experimental results show that this control system has well designed soft-ware and hard ware structure and good real-time performance,high control precision and good dynamic characteristic.This AC servo system is worth extending because of its superior performance, sample design, less program and short development periods.
