摘要 将图像检测技术应用于零件微小间隙的测量,采用中值滤波算法对图像进行去噪预处理,将Sobel算子应用于基于梯度算法的图像边缘检测,并用修正实测标定系数K的方法提高实测精度。实验数据表明,系统总体测量精度达到15μm,能够胜任生产中不同环境下的微间隙测量,同时在一定条件范围内,也可以适应其他要求非接触、高精度的场合。 A method for the measurement of tiny-size clearance based on image measurement was introduced. Median noise filtering algorithm was adopted, and sobel gradient operator was perfectly applied in the image edge extraction with the whole process, depending on revising the coefficient K. The measuring experiment data illustrates that the collectivity precision of the system achieves 15 ixm, and it can be competent fo~: microgap measurement under different environment in production, and can also adapt other occasions with demand of non-contuct and high precision in certain scope of conditions.
