摘要
大团山矿床-460 m以下开采时引进无轨设备开采新工艺,根据矿床的地质条件和上部开采现状以及冬瓜山铜矿老区40多年的开采成功经验,选择大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,并针对盘区一步骤回采地压逐步增大的特点,优化凿岩硐室的布置形式,建成了安全、高效、灵活的无轨设备采矿新工艺。
Trackless new mining technology is introduced for the mining at -460 m in Datuanshan deposit. According to the geological conditions of the deposit and the state quo of the upper mining and to over 40 years'successful mining experience in the old Donggushan copper area, the technology of large-diameter long-hole sublevel open stoping with delayed filling is selected. In light of the gradually increasing one-step extraction ground pressure in the panel, the drilling chamber arrangement is optimized, thus ensuring the establishment of a safe, high efficient and flexible trackless new mining process.
