摘要
建立矿山清洁生产评价体系对于矿山企业实施清洁生产具有重要意义。它为矿山清洁生产评价提供技术支持和指导,同时促进矿山清洁生产技术地不断发展,使矿山企业最终实现经济效益和环境效益的统一。根据矿山清洁生产的特点,按照层次分析法(AHP)的要求建立了由总到分的递阶层次结构模型评价指标体系;运用了模糊数学方法并且结合专家经验,提出了定量的综合评价方法,从而建立了矿山清洁生产评价体系,并通过计算实例分析了目前国内矿山在清洁生产方面存在的主要问题,提出了相关的对策建议。
It is of great importance to establish the system of cleaner production assessment for the mining enterprises, which can provide the technical support and guidance for the mine cleaner production assessment and meanwhile promote a continuous development of the mine cleaner production technology so as to make the mining enterprises finally realize an integration of economic development and environmental protection. According to the characteristic of the mine cleaner production and by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) , an assessment index system with hierarchical structural model is established and also, an overall quantitative evaluation method is proposed based on fuzzy mathematic and the expert experiences, thus forming a mine cleaner production assessment system. The main problems in the present mine cleaner production are analyzed through real case calculation and the correspondent measures proposed.
