摘要
利用钒钛生铁开发了一种低合金抗磨铸铁。试验研究了合金元素碳、铬、钛等对低铬白口铸铁组织和性能的影响,确定了合金的最佳成分范围,测试了该种铸铁的抗磨性。实验结果表明:低铬白口铸铁中加入铬、钒、钛等合金元素具有改善碳化物形态、数量的作用。该材质在铸态条件下硬度值可达50 HRC,冲击韧度值可达6.0 J.cm-2。
Utilizing vanadium titanium pig is to develop a new wear resistant low chromium white cast iron. The effects of chemical compositions-carbon, silicon, chromium, vanadium and titanium on mechanical properties and miscrostructure of low chromium white cast iron are investigated. And the optimum chemical composition range is determined. Meanwhile, the wear resistance of low chromium white cast iron is evaluated. The experimental result indicates that the amount and micrograph of carbides are improved by using chromium, vanadium and titanium. So that the impact value of low chromium white cast iron is to 5.0 J· cm^-2 , and the hardness is to 50 HRC.
