摘要
从厚壁圆筒的受力分析出发,推出了厚壁筒内壁处的环向应力计算公式,应用TRD 301标准对2008t/h锅炉汽包疲劳寿命问题进行了研究。研究表明,锅炉内饱和水的升降温速率控制在110℃/h以内,即可保证锅炉寿命安全。应用研究结论对锅炉运行规程进行了修正,并在实际运行中得到验证。
Stress formulas at the inner surface of a thick-walled cylinder have been derived based on thickwalled cylinder under stress analysis. The method of TRD301 is applied to the study of fatigue life of 2 008 t/h boiler steam-drum. The result shows the variations of water temperature in boiler drum have been controlled within 110℃/h,the life and safety of boiler were attained. The procedure of operation is corrected by the result,and the operation is proved by a practice example.
