基因标记物与子宫内膜癌相关性研究进展

摘要 肿瘤的发生是多基因、多步骤的复杂过程,癌基因的激活、抑癌基因的失活、细胞周期调节紊乱及细胞异常增殖均可导致正常子宫内膜细胞的恶性转化及子宫内膜癌的发生发展。选取具有代表性基因标记物——凋亡抑制基因(survivin)、抑癌基因(PTEN)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),综述三者在子宫内膜细胞癌变过程中的作用及其相关性。
