摘要
采用组件化的方法开发了行栽机CAD系统。利用AutoCAD、3DMAX等通用软件建立部件的数学模型;使用XML文档对模型数据进行管理;利用DirectX中的Direct3DRM建立三维编辑器;应用Visual Basic的ActiveX控件开发了附加控件,实现了机构的三维动画效果,实现了具有图片、动画等交互功能的机械设计软件。作为通用软件平台,为产品设计开发提供了快速高效、简单实用的解决方案。可应用于工程设计、模拟及计算机辅助教学。
A CAD system for Rice Potted-seedling Transplanter in Rows is designed and implemented by using component development method. It employs general software tools in building the mathematical model of the parts based on AutoCAD and 3DMAX; utilizes XML technology to store and manage the modeling data; builds a 3D editor with Direct3DRM; develops the affixed controllers with ActiveX using VB to achieve 3D animated effect. The system is a general mechanical CAD platform that has the mutual ability with graphics and animations etc., which provides an efficient, simple and practical solution for the design and development of products. It can be used in engineering design, simulation and CAI etc.
