摘要
以不同产地的粉煤灰为硅源制备SiO2凝胶及超细粉,确定制备的工艺条件。利用FT-IR激光粒度仪和XRD对制备的SiO2凝胶及超细粉进行分析与表征。实验结果表明:以粉煤灰为硅源制备的SiO2凝胶,表观效果:无裂纹,无气泡,胶体均匀。粉煤灰A和B制备的超细粉平均粒径分别达到93nm和59nm。
Modern testing methods including FT - IR, the laser size detector, and XRD are used to analyze properties of SiO2 gel and uhrafine powder of SiO2 which are made by Fly - ash from different sources. Results show that the apparent effect of SiO2 gel is crack - free surfaces, air bubble - free and uniform. The average diameter of Ultrafine powder that is made by the Fly -ash A and Fly -ash B is about 93nm and 59nm respectively.
