摘要
针对我国钢铁企业轨梁生产线设备负荷不均、生产调度响应迟缓、新产品调试困难等问题,提出了一种基于组件技术的钢轨梁生产线物流仿真系统。建立了其体系结构,并对开发中的三个关键技术进行了论述,包括:建立设备组件库实现生产线全线建模;通过Drag and Drop机制实现仿真生产线的动态定义;基于Time-Unit Advance时钟推进实现复杂生产线的动态运行。最后,开发的仿真系统在某钢铁企业进行了应用实施,证明了其有效性。
Aiming at solving the problems of Steel-Rail product sluggish dispatching,the difficulty of new product trail-3produce,and line including the imbalance of the equipments' burden,the so on,a logistics simulation system for the Steel-Rail product line based on component technology is brought forward.And three key techniques are proposed,including setting the equipments module database to mold the whole production lines,realizing the dynamic definition of the production line by the Drag and Drop mechanism,achieving the dynamic movement of the complicated simulation system by using the Time-Unit Advanee,a clock propulsion teehnique.Finally,a ease study in a iron & steel company validates the research work.
