摘要
以串-并混联式研抛机床为对象,对开放式数控系统进行了研究。设计了将PC机及多轴运动控制卡相结合的数控系统总体结构。基于Windows操作系统,设计了多层式结构的数控系统软件。以Visual C++为开发平台,提出了基于双口RAM的通信机制及两级式插补算法,进行了平面多边形及圆弧轨迹插补试验。试验结果证明该数控系统误差范围小。
Through research of open architectural CNC system, based on serial-parallel hybrid virtual axis polishing machine,the system structure with PC and multi-axis action control card was designed. Multi-layer software of the CNC system was designed, based on Windows operation system. A communication mechanism based on dual-port RAM and a two-stage interpolation algorithm was developed primarily by using Visual C + + . A plane polygon and circle locus interpolation experiment was conducted. By analysing the results of this experiment, they prove that this system has small error.
