摘要
用矢量网络分析仪进行射频和微波元器件的测量时,配合网络分析仪的误差修正技术,进行全二端口校准,能彻底地消除系统误差。如果待测元器件是非插入式器件,由于不能直接进行传输响应校准,不能完全消除系统误差,给精确测量提出了挑战。本文针对非插入式器件的特点,提出了3种提高非插入式器件测量精度的方法,并用这3种方法对同一非插入式器件进行了测量。通过与未校准的测量结果比对,说明这3种方法均切实可行。
When measuring the RF&MW devices, applying error correction to the vector network analyzer, and executing the full two-port calibration, the systematic errors can be removed completely. If the device under test (DUT) is a non- insertable device, there is still a challenge for accurately measurement because neither the transmission response calibration can't be executed, nor the systematic errors can't be removed completely. This paper introduces three methods for increasing measure accuracy of the non-insertable devices, and the same non-insertable device using the three means has been compared. By comparing the three results with the raw data, it is concluded that the three methods are all practicable.
