摘要
后殖民理论家赛义德、霍米.芭芭和斯皮瓦克借鉴了西方马克思主义者葛兰西的文化霸权思想,来批判西方对东方的文化霸权。那么后殖民理论与西方马克思主义有着什么关系?用马克思主义的原理来解读后殖民理论,一方面,解读出后殖民理论有何理论上的缺陷,另一方面,解读出后殖民理论对马克思主义有何当代意义。
Edward W. Said, Homik Bhabha and Chakravorty Spvik, the three post-colonial theorists, referred to the idea of cultural hegemony by Gramsci, a Marxist in the west, to criticize the cultural hegemony of the west over the east. Then, what is the relation between post-colonial theory and Western Marxism？ To answer this question, the author examined the post-colonial theory, and found out, for one thing, the defect of this theory, and for another, the significance of this theory to Marxism.
