摘要
针对自锚式悬索桥施工中体系转换的关键问题——张拉吊索使主梁脱离支架的复杂非线性过程,考虑结构承载能力和张拉设备能力等约束条件,研究了主梁脱离支架状态的确定方法、张拉次数和接长杆数量的优化方法.对万新大桥计算表明,利用该方法,通过4次张拉吊索可以达到理想的主梁脱离支架状态,通过3次张拉吊索可以达到满足要求的实际主梁脱离支架状态,优化后的接长杆数量为全桥吊索数量的27%.
Tensing hangers to raise the main girder to leave the brackets is a complicated nonlinear process in construction of self-anchored suspension bridge. Considering bearing capacity of the structure and tensing facilities, the method of determination of state of girder leaving brackets, the optimal scheme of reduction of times of tensing and number of stretching bars are studied. Using this method in construction of Wanxin bridge, the ideal state of main girder leaving brackets can be achieved after four times of tensing and the practical state can be achieved after three times. The optimal number of stretching bars is 27% of all of the hangers.
