Corrosion Resistance of Fe-Cr-Ni-B-Si-C Coating Prepared by DC-plasma Jet Surface Metallurgy in Seawater

摘要 用等离子束表面冶金方法在低碳钢表面制备Fe-Cr-Ni-B-Si-C涂层,借助光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和能谱仪研究了冶金层的组织形态、物相组成。用静态浸渍法检测该涂层在海水中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:该涂层与基体呈冶金结合,内部组织均匀细密无缺陷,是固溶了大量Cr的-γFe相与高硬度析出相的共晶组织;其在海水中的耐蚀性远高于0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢,两者在海水中均表现为点蚀。 The Fe-Cr-Ni-B-Si-C coating was prepared on low-carbon steel by DC-plasma jet surface metallurgy. The morphology and the component features were studied by means of optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, energy spectrometer. Corrosion resistance of the coating in seawater was characterized by immersion method. The result shows that the layer and basal body is metallurgy bonding, and the morphology is uniformity and petty; there is no deficiency in the layer. Besides, microscopic structure is eutectic structure of γ-Fe which contains lots of Cr and hard precipitated phase. Furthermore, its corrosion resistance in seawater is much better than 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel; two kinds of patterns are characterized by piing corrosion.
