摘要
目的:揭示针刺促进损伤面神经再生修复的机制。方法:大耳白兔分为假手术组、模型组、西药组、传统针刺组、电针刺激组,每组又分为术后4个时间点,应用神经卡压法造成面神经损伤模型,观察各组家兔面神经核中胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)的变化。结果:术后细胞核核仁偏位,术后2、3、4周时模型组胞体肿胀,截面积均明显大于假手术组、西药组、传统针刺组、电针刺激组,尼氏体明显减少,随治疗时间延长,西药组、传统针刺组、电针刺激组均有不同程度的尼氏体增多,其中电针刺激组增多较明显。电针刺激组ChAT于各时间点均明显好于其他对照组,西药组、传统针刺组、电针刺激组均有随治疗时间延长ChAT表达增多的趋势,且有显著性差异。结论:穴位针刺可提高家兔面神经核中ChAT的表达,并对损伤面神经修复有促进作用。
Objective: To reveal the mechanism of regeneration and recovery of the impaired facial nerves promoted by acupuncture. Methods: Big-ear rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: sham-operation group; model group; western medicine group; traditional acupuncture group; electro-acupuncture (EA) group. Every group is divided into four time groups at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th week after the operation. The facial nerves impaired model was established by nerve compression. Changes of choline acetyltransferase ChAT of facial nucleus in every group rabbits were observed. Results: Dissymmetry of the entoblast happened after the operation. The cells body of the model group swelled at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th week after the operation, and the secar was evidently larger than that of the other groups. The Nissl body of the model group reduced significantly, and it increased at different extend in the other group, especially in the EA group. The ChAT of the EA group was greater than other control groups at any time point (P(0. 01). With the treatment going on, the expression of ChAT increased in the western medicine group, the traditional acupuncture group and the EA group (P(0. 05), and there was a significant difference. Conclusion: Acupuncture can improve the expression of ChAT of facial nucleus of rabbits and promote the recovery of the impaired facial nerves.
