摘要 目的:总结分析临床课程的多媒体教学的运用及对教学质量的影响。方法:采用闭合式问卷调查与座谈的方式,对我校临床医学专业三个层次的学生进行了多媒体教学效果的调查。结果:①学生对多媒体教学的兴趣较高而对多媒体课件的质量满意度不高,从而影响了学生多媒体教学效果的评价;②临床课的教学中多媒体教学手段不能代替其他教学方法,尤其是临床见习。结论:要提高临床课程的教学质量,首先要改变多媒体教学的观念,提高课件制作质量,改善多媒体教学方式;要完善包括临床见习在内的临床课程教学的各个环节,勿过分依赖多媒体。 Objective The propose of summarizing experience, looking for problems and promoting the effect of multi-media teaching of clinic courses. Methods Questionaire and discussion were adopted. An investigation of multi-media teaching was conducted on the three levels of clinic medicine majors at our college with .Results 1.The students are interested in multi-media teaching while their evaluation of this method is affected by their low satisfaction degree to the quality of the courseware. 2. Though vivid, the effect of mono- multi-media teaching means is not ideal and it can't replace the other means of teaching,especially for clinical practice. Conclusions 1.To promote the teaching quality of clinic courses, the concept of multi-media teaching should be changed, the means be improved and the production of courseware quality be elcvated. 2. Every link of clinic courses" teaching including clinical practice should be improved, and we should not rely so much on multi-media.
