摘要
介绍了包钢CSP厂采用Nb微合金化技术生产直缝焊石油套管用J55热轧钢带的过程。钢带的力学性能以及冷弯、焊接、螺纹加工等性能均满足API 5CT标准的要求和用户协议要求,已经商业化生产1万t,使用情况良好。
The development of hot roiled strip for J55 ERW casing produced with Nb micro alloying at Baotou CSP plant is introduced. The strips have good mechanical properties,including cold bending, weld ability and thread machining etc. The Integrated properties of casing are conformed to API 5CT standard and costumer requirements completely. 10000 t strips was produced and used very well.
