摘要
基于新型次级箝位ZVZCS-PWM变换器的工作原理,研制出一台1千瓦移相控制零电压、零电流软开关电源的工程样机,给出了其主电路的设计过程及电路主要参数设计及主要器件选择。并在实验样机上测量出实际运行时的波形及变换器效率。实验结果证明该变换器拓扑能在1/3负载以上范围内实现超前桥臂的零电压开关,在任意负载下实现滞后桥臂的零电流开关;在很宽的负载范围内都具有高效率。
Basing on the principle of the novel ZVZCS-PWM converter, One 1KW ZVZCS soft-switching power supply based on this topology is developed, the design process of main circuit, main parameter-design and components-select are presented, lastly, working waveforms and efficiency of the converter are measured on prototype, experiments have showed that this novel converter can realize ZVS of leading-legs at the condition of more than one-three full load and ZCS of legging-legs in the whole range of load. High efficiency has bee reached over wide range of load.
