摘要
针对目前高校计算机网络实验室中存在的管理落后、设备利用率低等弊端和不足，开发了网络实验管理系统软件，提出了构建开放型网络实验室的新思路，实现了网络实验中实验用户（学生）、设备、时间、地点及内容的有效管理，达到充分开放实验资源，减少人工管理，提高设备利用率，培养高素质网络技术人才的目的。
In view of management and equipment utilization inefficiency that exists in some university computer networking laboratories, this article proposes a new way of establishing an open-type networking laboratory by applying advanced networking laboratory management software so as to realize the effective management of the users （students） , equipment, time, location, and laboratory tasks. This new way has achieved the purposes of maximizing laboratory resource, reducing laboratory personnel, increasing laboratory equipment utilization, and improving the quality of laboratory technicians.
