摘要
WDPF系统是美国西屋公司于上个世纪80年代后期推出的DCS。该控制系统在国内电厂应用较多,且大部分已运行达十年以上。由于其设备老化、生产厂不再提供工作站及分布式处理单元(DPU)的备品支持。为此,提出了WDPF系统升级改造方案,并对WDPF系统技术改造的多种方案进行了分析和比较,确定了其中较合理的改造方案,可为电厂WDPF系统的技术改造提供参考。
The WDPF system is a kind of DCS, which had been brought forth by Westinghouse Corporation in USA at late 1980s, and being more widely used in China, most of them having been in operation up to more than ten years. Owing to their components being outdated, the spare parts, such as working stations and distributed processing units, are now not supplied and supported by the manufactory again. For this, some retrofit schemes have been put forward for upgrading the WDPF system, and several schemes for technically retrofitting the WDPF system being analysed and compared, then a comparatively reasonable one being determined, providing reference for technically retrofitting the WDPF system in power plants.
