摘要
回顾了粉末树脂过滤器在我国的发展过程,对几年来使用中出现的问题及其原因进行了分析,认为粉末树脂过滤器的除盐能力很低,在凝结水处理中主要是作为除铁过滤器使用。提出了粉末树脂过滤器在湿冷和空冷机组上的使用条件及其改进意见。
The development process of powdex in China has been reviewed, the problems existing in application of powdex in recent years and the causes resulting in the said problems being analysed. It is believed that the desalting capability of powdex to be very low, the powdex is mainly used as prefilter for deironning in condensate polishing. For this, the applying conditions of powdex on water- cooled units and air- cooled units, as well as improvement recommendations have been put forward.
