摘要
针对新建机组运行数据有限无法及时获得数学模型的特点,对协调控制系统的常规控制策略进行优化和改进,形成了机炉全协调控制策略。应用此优化控制策略对1台新建200MW空冷机组和1台新建600MW超临界机组的协调控制逻辑进行组态和调试,在试运期间进行了负荷扰动试验和电网AGC试验。运行实践表明,协调控制系统设计合理,适合机组运行特性,能够满足机组运行和电网的要求,为把新建大型火电机组纳入电网AGC控制提供借鉴。
Considering that timely mathematic model could not be obtained because of limited operating data for the newly built generating unit, flail-coordinated control policy is set up after the optimization and improvement of conventional control policy for the coordinated control system. This optimized control policy is applied to the configuration and commissioning of coordinated control logic for a newly built 200 MW air-cooled generating unit and a 600 MW supercritical generating unit. Load disturbance test and AGC test were carried out during test operation. The operation shows the design of the coordinated control is reasonable, and fit to the operating characteristics and meets operation of the generating unit and the demand of power system, thus references for newly built large-scale generating unit to be adapted to AGC control is provided.
