摘要
轮毂是汽车中的重要零部件,既要具有高承载能力,又要满足整体外观个性化设计要求,其设计与开发中也主要体现了此设计理念,因此其制造企业要想赢得市场,提高产品的竞争力,必须改变原有的紧靠设计经验开发轮毂的传统的设计开发模式。本文以有限元分析软件ANSYS和三位造型软件UG为工具,建立了与轮毂实际的弯曲疲劳试验、径向疲劳试验、冲击试验相等效有限元分析模型,对轮毂的可靠性进行预测,为轮毂产品的设计开发人员提供设计依据。
A-alloy wheel is the important part of car.It not only has higher bearing capability,but also satisfies the individual designing demand of the whole appearance.And this design conception is adopted in the designing A-alloy wheel.If wheel manufacturing enterprises want to find way in the market and promote competitive power of products,it must change the traditional design approach that relies on experiences.Aiming at rotary fatigue test,radial fatigue test,impact test of some A-alloy wheels,the paper establishes the finite element model with ANSYS that is equivalent with the physical test of the wheel,and we can know the intensity of A-alloy wheels before practical manufacture.So we can provide the important design guide for wheel design engineers.
