摘要
本文以吉林省农科院图书馆为例对读者问卷调查的结果进行了分析,以求了解读者需求状况、对文献资源的利用特点及对图书馆工作人员的服务满意程度,以便明确今后图书馆工作的重点和方向。
In this paper, we cite Jilin academy of agricultural science an instance and analyze the result of the investigation about the reader of it. We comprehend the readers＇ requirement and the utilization character about document resource and know the satisfaction degree about the working personnel in our library, so that we know the focal point of our library work in future.
