摘要
五代是中国历史上的一个特殊时期,尽管存续时间较短,但由于其处于唐宋交替之间,使得这一时期的法律制度也体现出这一特点。通过探讨五代时期刑罚制度的变化,进而说明这一时期刑罚制度的特点及它对宋代刑罚制度产生的重要影响。
The Five Dynasties is a special era. Although it is short, it is a transmission between the Tang Dynasty and the Song Dynasty. The legal systems in this period have the corresponding characteristics. This article tries to talk on the changes of punishment in the Five Dynasties and the characteristics of the punishments which have an important influence on the Song Dynasty.
