摘要
基于实时测量系统的电网运行可靠性评估系统可以根据电力系统运行状态的变化,给出实时计算结果,并能评估不同运行方式和未来检修方式的可靠性,提高了电网运行可靠性的分析水平。文章概述了当前电力系统可靠性评估的发展现状,阐述了基于实时测量系统的可靠性评估系统的整体架构设计,分析了系统基本功能和实施方案,并着重讨论了系统算法和用户接口的设计。应用本系统对实际电网数据进行了评估,结果表明算法能如实反应系统可靠性水平,对系统的可靠性水平有显著作用。
By use of power grid reliability evaluation system based on real-time measurement data, results could be figured out and the reliability of different operation model and future overhaul model could be evaluated with the change of power system operation state. The grid reliability is enhanced by this means. In the paper, the development situation of power system reliability evaluation is summed up, the design of the evaluation system frame based on real-time measurement system is expatiated, the basic function and scheme of the system are analysed and the design of arithmetic and human interface are discussed emphatically. By use of the system, the reliability evaluation of a real power system is conducted. The results show that the proposed algorithm can truthfully reflect the reliability level of power system,and real-time operating conditions greatly impact the reliability level of power system.
