摘要 诺贝尔奖获得者罗雷尔(H. Rohrer)说,当微米技术成为工业革命技术的基础,那些最早学会,并最早和最好使用微米技术的国家,都在工业发展中占据了巨大优势,成为了现在的先进工业国家. The results on nanotoxicology and nanosafety,the biological and environmental effects,in particular,the unfavorable effects resulting from the exposure to manufactured nanomaterials are summarized.In addition, the ways to reduce nanotoxicity,the air-release or recovery of nano products during manufacturing and engineering processes are explored.
