摘要
结合企业实际与多年从事企业薪酬考评经验,分析了企业进行薪酬考评优化设计的必要性与必然性,提出了一个优化的企业薪酬考评设计方案,通过有效的计量方法和基于.NET的WEB系统设计,一方面加大了薪酬考评信息的透明度,增强了企业员工的互动性,有助于提高企业的激励机制,另一方面管理信息系统也提高了数据的安全性、共享性,有助于人力资源部提高办事效率。
In connection with corresponding experiences related to enterprise pay and examine,this paper analyzed the necessity and inevitability of optimization design about pay and examine and presented an optimized one,in which effective measures and WEB system design based on .NET are used to increase the openness of pay and examine information and to ensure safety and share of data,which will increase mutual benefits of staff and be helpful to rouse-mechanism as well as efficiency of human resource department.
