摘要
采用对环境污染小的水性聚氨酯作涂层剂,利用自制的羊毛角蛋白溶液对其进行改性以提高涂层织物的透湿性能,同时向涂层剂中加入抗紫外线纳米粉体。利用电子显微镜观察了涂层剂干法膜的表面形貌,采用红外光谱仪测试了其内部成分;对涂层后织物的各项主要性能进行了测试,其结果显示得到了集防水、透湿、抗紫外线功能于一身的多功能涂层织物。
The coating agent was aqueous polyurethane, which will take less pollution to environment. Wool keratin solution made by ourselves was adopted to improve the moisture permeability of polyurethane coated fabric. At the same time, nanometer powders with anti-ultraviolet property were added into the coating reagent. Before coated, the morphological structures of these films were observed by scanning electron microscope and their compositions were tested by infrared spectrum method. After coated, the principle of multifunction was tested. The results showed that it was possible to obtain multifunctlonal coating fabrics with multifunction such as water resistance, moisture permeability and anti-ultraviolet.
