摘要
通过对５６例糖尿病患者伴发情感障碍的分析，认为与胰岛素治疗突然中断或减量、对糖尿病认知缺乏及有精神病家族史等因素有关。护理上应加强饮食管理，宣传糖尿病有关知识，以提高糖尿病患者的自护能力。
Fifty-six diabetic patients with disturbance of emotion were studied.The results showed that sudden stop or decrease of insulin,short of cognition and family history of psychosis contributed to the development of disturbance of emotion.Nursing care for these patients should include diet administration and instruction,correct treatment and guidance of psychology.
