摘要 用过氧化氢作氧化剂,在无任何催化剂的作用下,把葡萄糖氧化成葡萄糖酸,不需进行葡萄糖酸的精制,直接用氧化锌中和制得葡萄糖酸锌.研究了氧化过程的原料配比、反应时间、反应温度、反应物的浓度对反应的影响.用元素分析和红外光谱对产物结构进行了确定.结果表明用该方法合成的葡萄糖酸锌时间短、操作简单、产品质量好、产率可达92%. Zinc glyconate is synthesized directly by neutralization with ZnO followed by oxidation of glucose by hydrogen peroxide without any catalyst purification of the gluconic acid. It was studied that the effect of the parent material ratio, the reaction time, the temperature and the concentration of oxidanin the oxidant reaction. The product was confirmed by elemental analysis and IR. The results was proved that the method has a fine quality of the product, sort-time, facile operation and ultimately it will yield in 92%.
