摘要
研究了如何准确测量惯性约束聚变实验中的激光能量和脉冲时间波形.从主光路上引出一束光,经衰减器后送入能量计,能量计放大器输出的模拟信号经归一化处理、A/D转换后输入8098单片机.数据采集完成后,再通过光耦合通信网和接口电路传输到中央控制室.通过超高速光电探测器把另一束激光转换为电脉冲信号,输入示波器,再经过GPIB总线接口和GPIB-LAN适配器AD007,使用虚拟仪器(VISA)语言经千兆以太网传输到中央控制室.对脉冲波形数据用小波滤波和自适应算法提取出脉冲时间波形参量.
The method of measuring accurately energy and pulse time waveform of laser was studied in ICF experiment. A beam was introduced to the energy meter through attenuator. Analog signal from amplifier of the energy meter was input into 8098 single-chip processor after normalized and A/D converted. Data acquired was transferred to master console through the beam coupling communication network and the interface circuit. Another laser beam was changed into electric pulse by ultra-fast photodetectors and input the oscilloscope. Data acquired by the oscilloscope was transported to master console through GPIB bus and GPIB-LAN adapter AD007 by means of VISA language. Waveform parameters were extracted from pulse waveform data which was filtered by wavelet transform through self-adaptive algorithm.
