摘要
目的探讨角膜散光与睫状麻痹后视网膜检影散光度数的相互关系。方法角膜地形图检查散光大于0.5D的72眼同时睫状麻痹后视网膜检影确定散光度数和散光轴,统计学分析两者的相互关系。结果二种检查的散光度数相关系数r=0.509,散光轴相关系数r=0.929。结论角膜屈光力改变一定程度上可引起散光,但全眼散光仍应以睫状麻痹后检影、插片接受的度数和散光轴作为标准。
bjectiveThis article was evaluated the diopters and axes relationship of corneal astigmatism and astigmatism with retinophotoscopy after cycloplegia.Methods72 eyes which astigmatism was more than 0.5 diopter examined by correal topography determined the astigmatism diopters and axes with retinophotoscopy after cycloplegia.Statistic analysis showed the positive correlation ResultsThe correlation cofficience of the astigmatism diopter in two examinative methods was 0.509,the axes was 0.929.ConclusionThe changes of refractive powers in cornea might induce astigmatism,but the most important for dertemination of astigmatism diopters and axes were retinophotoscopy after cycloplegia.
