应用 PCR 检测男性泌尿生殖系衣原体感染

摘要 应用PCR技术对男性泌尿生殖系感患者125例行沙眼衣原体检测,其中尿道炎64例,前列腺炎28例,附睾炎19例,尿道以上的尿路感染者15例。结果显示其阳性率分别为43.7%、42.8%、31.5%、0%。由此说明,沙眼衣原体在男性尿道及生殖道有较高的感染率,对男性尿道炎、前列腺炎及附睾炎患者,有必要进行常规衣原体检测。PCR技术检测沙眼衣原体快速、敏感、特异性强,适合临床应用。 Chlamydia trachomatis was detected in 125 cases of male genitoruinary tract infections by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The results showed that chlamydia trachematis was doteeted from 28 of 64 cases of urethritis (43.7%).12 of 28 cases of prostatis (42 8%), 6 of 19 cases of epididymitis (31 5%)and none of the 15 Urinary tract infections above the urethra. The Infection rate of chlamydia trachomatis if high in male urethra and genital tract. It is necessary to detect chlamydia trachomatis in male infection with urethritis, prostatis or epididymits. The PCR is a rapid, sensitive, specific and useful method for this purpose.
